BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING Basic First Aid 3 hours This Basic Life Support Training (BLS) course is available nationwide, and is ran as on on-site course for up to 12 delegates at a clients venue on a date of your choice. The training rooms needs to be large enough to accommodate all your delegates with adequate room to practice CPR. This is a short course in Basic Life Support and is ideal for those looking to gain basic first aid knowledge and skills. The aim of the course is to enable all students to deal with an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally, and how to deal with an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally. Who should attend? Suitable for all clinical staff and clinical students working in: NHS hospitals (large hospitals and community hospitals) Private hospitals Clinics Nursing homes Universities with clinical students Social care – care staff *A maximum of 12 students can be accommodated on this course.
