She is skilled at listening to your employees moving and handling issues and integrating these into the training session. With focus on risk assessment and equipment use, your employees will be guided through a training experience that focuses on applying evidence based manual handling principles to tasks they do on a day to day basis. This ensures the bespoke training is ‘real’ and relevant to each employee, family member and child.
Following the manual handling training you will receive written feedback on recommended action you can take to reduce manual handling risk.
